Welcome to N
or-Gwyn Softball. 
We thank you for your support and for selecting Nor-Gwyn as your Youth Softball Program.  We are fortunate to have an outstanding facility for our program. We are also very fortunate to have outstanding volunteers to help us achieve our goals.

Girls Softball Divisions

Pony

7-8

  • 50 ft. bases, 35 ft. mound.
  • Games are 6 innings or 90 minutes.
  • Score is not kept. No balls and strikes.
  • Coach pitch – 11” ASA Softball.

Minors

9-10

  • 60ft. bases, 35 ft. mound.
  • Games are 6 innings or 2 hrs.
  • Score is kept and balls and strikes are called.
  • Players pitch – 11” ASA Softball.
  • Playoffs.

Majors

11-12

  • 60 ft. bases, 40 ft. mound.
  • Games are 6 innings or 2 hrs.
  • Score is kept and balls and strikes are called.
  • Players pitch – 12” ASA Softball.
  • Playoffs.

Intercommunity Juniors

13-14

  • 60 ft. bases, 40 ft. mound.
  • Games are 7 innings or 2 hrs., usually on weekdays.
  • Players pitch – 12” ASA Softball.
  • Playoffs.
  • Play with 12 Surrounding Communities.

Intercommunity Seniors

15-18

  • 60 ft. bases, 40 ft. mound.
  • Games are 7 innings or 2 hrs., usually on weekdays.
  • Players pitch – 12” ASA Softball.
  • Playoffs.
  • Play with 12 Surrounding Communities.

Select

9-12

  • Tryouts to make teams. U-10 & U-12
  • Higher level of competition than Rec. Still developmental.
  • Games are 6 innings or 2 hrs. played on weekends.
  • Tournament Play 1 – 2
  • Additional cost to participate
