All Managers/Coaches/Volunteers/Spectators….

Shall Lead by example and encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support always
 Shall treat others with respect
Shall always place the emotional, physical and moral well-being of players above desires and pressures to win
Shall not verbally or physically abuse or otherwise bully other individuals under any circumstances.
Shall not use profanity at any time
Shall not use tobacco (chewing or smoking) on the field at any time
Shall not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicant at any time
Shall not question the judgment calls of umpires at any time

Violation of the Nor-Gwyn Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action against the violator(s), up to and including: Ejection, Probation, Suspension, or Dismissal
